How to Use
To use during meditation practices, try diffusing this blend or add it to a passive diffuser for a gentler aromatic experience. You can also add it to aromatherapy jewelry or porous beads, such as lava rock, wood, and clay.

Aromatic: Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical: Dilute to a maximum of 5% in a carrier.
