~This is an in person yoga class held at 631 Birch St, Unit D Windsor, CO
~Please sign up for a class by adding the day you would like to your shopping cart and completing the check out process. Cost will be $0 at time of check out. Please pay via pay pal (shawbaker@gmail.com) or Venmo @Suzy-Hawbaker at least 24 hours before class to secure your spot.
~Deep Stretch Fushion is designed to bring peace and relaxation to the mind and body to get ready for the week ahead. Class will incorporate yoga flow mixed with deep stretches and an extended Shavasana.
*Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing. We will practice barefoot. All levels welcome.

*All classes are taught by Suzy Hawbaker RYT200. Suzy has been teaching yoga in studios, online, and at people's homes since 2018.
Suzy is a registered yoga teacher, completing her 200 hour teacher training at Holistic Yoga School in Fort Collins, Co. along with a 20 hour Restorative Yoga Teacher Training and a 30 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training. Her specialties include Yoga Tone, Slow Flow, Restorative, Yin, Guided Meditation, and Yoga Nidra. When she isn’t in the studio teaching, she is practicing yoga, attending workshops, running her online retail shop, meditating, hanging out with her 2 teen daughters, seeing live music, and enjoying the amazing Colorado outdoors.
