Shipping & Returns



All in stock items are shipped within 1-5 business days. Most packages will ship within 24 hours via USPS, but occasionally there will be delays. USPS delivery typically takes from 2-5 business days.  In most cases, we will e-mail you with a tracking number once your order ships. If you have special shipping needs just let us know and we are happy to try and accommodate

*If your item has been tracked to your mailbox, but you haven't received it, check with your neighbors or the post office. Unfortunately I cannot replace lost or stolen packages.

**If you provide me with the wrong address and your package is sent back to Hip Mountain Mama Headquarters, you will be charged an additional shipping fee to resend the package to the correct address.  Please double check when entering your shipping information. 


*Due to health and safety issues, we do not accept returns on any of the lotions, oils, or other skin care products*

*Full Priced Items: Within 20 days of purchase, you may return any full-priced, unused item, with all tags attached for a refund, store credit, or exchange (some exclusions apply, please read product descriptions for special cases). If items are sent back with a strong odor, including cigarette smoke, or have clearly been used, they will be sent back to the address on the original order.

*Coupon Code/Free Shipping/Promotion: If you used a coupon code, received free shipping, or took advantage of a promotion on a full priced item, you may exchange or return for store credit.

*Sale Items: These sales are final and I cannot accept returns on these items.

Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded. If you need to return or exchange an item, please send it to the mailing address below. Include in the package your packing slip stating which items you are returning and let me know if you would like a refund, store credit, or exchange (if applies). Thank you!
